It may be fair to say that you are the only genuine TV star on record as also being a boardgame nerd. You should strategize as to how you can use your growing (Svengali-like?) media power to save/exault our hobby. Let's just say I've tried the "really cool people -- like lawyers and members of the debate team! -- play boargames" angle, but it hasn't really generated a rising tide of enthusiasm.
Admittedly, I being a dyed in the wool grognard/goof came to your blog oblivous in the first instance to your accomplishments as an actor (no joke) but instead googling people from boardgamegeek who appeared to play games in like in SoCal. Congratulations on the phenomenal success. As an aside, having now watched an episode of Mad Men, I can speak from personal experience that there are a statistically significant number of men in large law firms today who still dress like your character -- bow tie and all.
And now the most important question -- how many games of 1960:MotP have you played, and what's the win/loss record, Dick v. Jack? I'm dying to play.
It only got half of my post, wierd! Anyway, just wanted to say hey! I found your blog cause Michelle called and told me about the EW article! The baby is adorable!
